Call the clock: Someone calls the clock when a player is taking too long to act. If the player hasn’t made up their mind after the allotted time then their hand is declared dead.

Card Rack: A player who is pulling good hands.

Case Card: The last available card in the deck of a specific type. Drawing it is a matter of chance.

Cash Plays: Plays made with cash while chips are in the process of being delivered.

Catch: To draw the cards you need.

Center: The pot.

Check: To not bet anything, a pass.

Cheese: A weak hand.

Cutoff: The seat to the immediate right of the dealer button.
